Currently, the use of cell phones has generated important changes in our society both socially and commercially.
Now business is being conducted through these digital devices as well.
According to data from multiplatform media measurement companies in Mexico, during this year in our country there are 56 million people connected to the internet, of which 22 million are multiplatform, that is, they use two or more devices to connect and 13 million use only mobile devices.
Similarly, 41 million Mexicans have access to the internet from desktop devices and 36 million use a mobile connection.
According to Nokia’s 2016 global customer acquisition and retention study, 56% of mobile phone users in Mexico said they use instant messaging applications more than the phone call service. It is followed by South Africa with 50%, Brazil and Spain with 46% and Italy with 44%, the more than 20,000 users surveyed in Canada France Germany Saudi Arabia Japan Russia United Kingdom United States Turkey in addition to the other countries already mentioned named WhatsApp , Line, Facebook Messenger, imessage, among other applications such as those used to send instant messages.
Globally, 28% declared that they use instant messaging service more frequently compared to the call service, while 18% consider that they use both to the same extent. Only 9% of those consulted in the 14 countries call by phone more commonly than they send an instant message and 45% do not use any messaging application.
Social Networks have become an essential tool in the strategy of companies as well as political parties, since they serve as a complement to other means to transmit messages almost immediately.
This is accomplished using programs called Bots. The word Bot comes from the word Robot and is the way it is called in technological slang for accounts that pretend to be people in a social network and are created for a specific purpose, completely different from the normal or usual search user interact or coexist with others.
Well used, Bots become an invaluable tool for us to transmit the information we want through social networks.
It must be said that the Bots not only distribute information, but can be interactive to transmit the information required by the user of the Bot. In this way, the Bot becomes our operator on the other side of the social network screen to provide the information required by the user.
Bots can be informational only, they can provide us with the information we request, or they can become an auto-operator that provides user support.
MSP has a suite of solutions called Q-Solutions, which use the power of chatbots to benefit your company
