In the same way, Digital Workers are responsible for robotic automation in business processes.<\/p>\r\n
The operation resides in the compilation of the information originated by the human work flow being carried out together with algorithms, which contribute to the transformation of the work stages to be an autonomous and mechanical process, becoming one of the most efficient ways for the optimization of the human work.<\/p>\r\n
There is no doubt that with the implementation of Digital Workers incredible things can be achieved, both for people who work in this sector for years and for juniors.<\/p>\r\n
A recent project carried out to incorporate these characteristics obtained surprising data for the digital transformation of the area. First, the steps that accountants take were revealed, 40 practical automation processes were identified and 6 of them started.<\/p>\r\n
The results claimed were positive, especially with the VAT charge and the Affidavit of Earnings, obtaining 18 minutes with the Digital Workforce to do the activities that normal accountants would take 6 to 8 hours.<\/p>\r\n
The operating structure was analyzed for a month, achieving completely enriching results for both parties, observing that the experience is as important as the technology they used.<\/p>\r\n
Consequently, jointly, the adaptation of the fiscal logic to the Blue Prism system was achieved. In addition, noting that the essential aspect to meet the goals is interdisciplinary work in the team.<\/p>\r\n
