The way in which they have carried out these inventories is implausible, since most of them are based on the comparison of figures from an initial number of bottles to the sales that were made during a certain period, relying on manual systems such as measuring with a ruler, some type of cards, to later empty the data into spreadsheets. It seems like a sensible way, but if we take into account that not all bottles are the same and their content varies according to the brand, that is where there may be discrepancies and problems arise that have a direct impact on the administration of the site.<\/p>\n
Make weekly revisions or according to the time that is determined, as well as indicate to the staff that when they take a bottle they register it, it may be feasible for the storage of these in the warehouse. But again the problem arises at the moment when the bottles are already open, that measurement is the one that becomes uncertain.<\/p>\n

The alternative solution that we have developed consists of the use of an electronic device placed in each of the bottles, which is not invasive of the content and allows to know precisely the level of liquid contained in each bottle, in this way it is possible have the inventory data at all times, having reception in its internal management systems, in this way losses are avoided and the glasses consumed in the establishment are controlled with more precision.<\/p>\n
