Our social commitment:
In MSP we are committed to the society we are part of. We seek to understand and manage the impact of our actions on our employees, customers, partners and the communities in which we work.
This commitment comes from the year 2000 and since then it has evolved including a series of initiatives to employees, such as: donations to certain causes and volunteering, either giving Junior Analitics or through reforestation programmes. In addition, we carry out direct support in areas where we operate physically and from this year in Mexico look for the qualification for the hallmark of socially responsible company.
We also work in some other small initiatives aimed at integrating the employees and their families through days dedicated to coexistence and development family, always oriented to the culture of integration for a better life.
Caring for the environment
In MSP, we are committed to the care of the environment, for this reason, we seek to integrate sustainable development criteria in all our decisions and business processes. This is the case that we focus our efforts on issues related to reforestation and cleaning of water bodies; the proper handling and recycling of waste; as well as the optimization of the energy consumption in our operations and value chain.
The principles on which this policy is based are as follows:
- Innovate our operations through environmentally friendly technologies.
- Continuous training for our collaborators in techniques designed to protect the environment and promotion of the responsible use of resources such as water and electricity
- The constant search for opportunities to reduce environmental impacts and the use of natural resources, through greater efficiency, innovation and monitoring performance.
